Notification of Partial Merger

Within our Group of Companies a merger (classified as "split off" according to Council Directive 2005/19/EC (L 58/4.3.2005)) of the Consulting Branch of EIR Development Partners Ltd. and its affiliated company EIR Global s.p.r.l. has taken place. The transformation is effective as of 30 June 2013.
